User avatar Hello --

While there are no obvious interactions between Propecia and ecstasy, it is impossible to know with certainty because a) no clinical tests have been done with random combinations of recreational and prescription drugs and certainly not this combination, and b) ecstasy has certain specific and potentially very dangerous side effects all by itself. The question of using it along with Propecia is almost moot, although there are certain medications which certainly would render ecstasy more dangerous than it already can be under the right circumstances.

I wouldn't try this, since there's no known work been done on every possible combination of illicit and legal drugs. Then again I wouldn't be using ecstasy anyway, due to the known dangers associated with it all by itself.
