Question: Sleep Aid

 Angelhearts121 - Sat Jun 28, 2003 10:51 pm

I am having trouble sleeping. I am taking tylenol pm and it is not working. Is there something else i can try without an rx, or should i increase the dose. If i do increase the dose, how many can i safely take without overdosing?

User avatar There are several good OTC medications on the market. Sominex is one you might have better luck with. Never increase a dosage on any med without checking with your doctor.
