Question: What eliminates Dark circles around the Eyes?

Hello again,
I was wondering is there any procedures to minimize or
eliminate dark circles under the eyes. I was told about a chemical peel
or something to that extent that helps; but I'm not really sure about
it.
I do suffer from puffiness but the dark circles under my
eyes are too prevalent and I have tried make up and various products
to help minimize the circles; But some of them have been unsuccessful.
I am looking for a cosmetic procedure that will help
minimize as much as possible or eliminate the dark circles.
Does anybody have anything in mind, and I would also like to know the cost of the procedure and if medicad is accepted :?:

I have heard that Preparation H works well, but I've never tried it. I know models use it a lot before a big show.
