Question: throat problems

jdleyd - Wed Dec 22, 2004 10:32 pm

I have a constant Cough. my throat feels like sandpaper and it is keeping me from sleeping some night but I do not have insurance. can I get something to help this without actually going to a doctor's office? I have tried the over-the-counter stuff and it doesn't seem to help. please help.

If I were in your position, I would put myself to warm-saline (salt water) gargle 3 times daily and inhale steam twice daily before even considering over-the-counter stuff.
