Hello,
I just wanted to Thank you Dr. Fouad for responding to my inquiry and your thoughtful advice. Is very nice of you to take the time to help us. - I am well equipped for my walking (and since I started I feel much better & more energized - I've been exercising for about four years now constantky - but never walked this much) - but I think it'l be OK & it's FUN :wink: - and I have scheduled a history & physical exam for next week to make sure everything is ok. I want to know about that numbness in my body & the always cold feeling. Once again,
