Hello
I noticed that my left pupil is bigger than my right and it's staying that way for the past 24 hours now (could be longer but only picked it up then)... What does this mean?

Hello, I am a 19 year old female who was born with spina bifida. about a month or so ago, I noticed that my pupils would suddenly dilate for no apparent reason...lately its gotten better, but still happens occasionally. I finally got sick of worrying so I made an appointment with my doctor for tuesday january 11th...I am having no other symptoms at all with the pupil dilation...im just so scared of what it could mean...help please!!
