IF I WAS I8 MONTHS IN AND I HAD A MISSCARRIAGE WOULDN'T THE BABY HAVE TO BE TAKEN FROM MY STOMACH :?: ALSO AT 2 MONTHS :?:

When you have a miscarriage, the baby is already gone. Perhaps you meant, if the fetus dies, does it need to be taken out. Almost always if the fetus has died, the uterus can tell that things are not normal, and it stops producing hormones to protect it, and soon bleeding starts and forces the fetus to be pushed out. Exactly how it happens depends on how old the fetus is.
