I have had a cold but haven't taken any cold medicines, it says on the package not to take any if you are taking any antipsychotic medicine. Is that the case with lamictal? thanks.

Chrishw:
Lamictal actually isn't an antipsychotic medication. It is a mood stabilizer and anticonvulsant. Just the same, though, I looked up the drug-drug interactions and found no interactions with cold medicines at all.
Hope you feel better soon!
