Ok as you know ive had an endoscopy and before that was experiencing abdominal pain which subsided but a few days ago i became nauseated again. Since my endoscopy i have experienced minor chest pain which i was told was heartburn (but antacids didnt seem to do much) and a pain in my left wrist, i am having trouble sleeping and i experience dizziness often like the feeling of change in blood pressure, ive also noticed that my pulse is lower than it was before (in the 60's instead of 70's) and is weaker too...

Hi!
What did your endoscopy tell you? Have you had an EKG done before? Do you exercise? Athletes tend to have a lower heart rate, considered to be a sign of stamina.
