Question: Does Vitamin B-3(niacin) Help Mental Illness

Hi Dr I have been Reading alot of articles about B-3-Inositol and its benifits
in helping treat Bi-polar ,GAD and Schizophrenia .If this is true Does B-3 pass the
BBB and really help and if so at what dose? Thank you doctor
