I am depressed,confused and a heavy smoker.I can't concetrate to study.Which medication might help?

Downblue,
In order to determine what treatments might be helpful for you, whether it be medication, psychotherapy, or both, you should have a psychiatric evaluation with a psychiatrist; on the basis of this, the right treatment plan can be recommended for you. I can't be more specific than this; evaluation must come before treatment.
