I am out of town and discovered I left my prescription of nortryptelene at home. I'm on 50mg/day and am in a major depression. I've been taking it for about 4 weeks. Will skipping one dose (tonight's) have a major impact?

Hi tpoole,
This response is too late to help you, but the answer is no - missing one dose will not cause any problems. Also, do not "make up" doses if you miss one. I hope things are going well for you.
