i have panic disorder and agoraphobia. i want to know is there any medication i can take to get rid of it. that is safe and effective

A number of medications are used in the treatment of panic disorders and agoraphobia.
These include antidepressant drugs as well as drugs that are traditionally used for treating anxiety. After an evaluation by your physician he/she can prescribe the best treatment option for you.
