hi I have been having bad anxiety lately and it results in me having diarrhea I have the prom tonight so I was wondering if I can take diarrhea medication as my natural anxiety medication doesn't work?
I have tried taking vitamin b12 sublingual drops and Hypericum 4000+ (natural sleep and nervous system)
I find its alot worse when im in the car because I Know that there is no bathrooms around. I have also felt like throwing up but the diarrhea is alot worse. Thanks

Hello, Your body is reacting to the stress you feel and this is not an unusual response. However, worrying excessively about lack of restroom facilities if you aren't suffering from diarrhea and urgency could be something that needs psychotherapy. You can take antidiarrheal medicine for this if it helps (it may not) but be careful since overuse can result in constipation.
Best wishes.
