I'm a 26 year old woman who has been experiencing these symptoms for the past couple of weaks labored breathing especially when walking up stairs, dizziness on occassion, exhaustion, my chest is heavy, occasionally I'm stiff and muscles sore, and I have had chills and fever. As for my health I weigh 135, have a low heart beat - 50-60, and I am generally in good shape (have run marathons) so these symptoms concern me.
My average amount of sleep for this semester has been 4-5 hours which is not enough- but I thought this might have made my immune system suseptible. Right now I'm getting plenty of sleep but I've been experiencing these symptoms. Any information you can provide would we great.

Hi!
I suggest you visit your doctor and get your ECG checked out. Do you exercise regularly at present?
