Question: my symptoms

cmc322 - Thu Jan 04, 2007 4:41 pm

I just want to list all the symptoms I have been having in the hopes that I can understand the possible causes::
Pain in hands
Swelling in fingers
Intermitent pain in armpits
Memory problems (short term and also recalling words)
Pain/ burning in shoulders and upper back
Pain in back (lower)
Fatigue
Not sleeping well
IBS
Nervous leg syndrom (cannot recall the actual name)
Unable to "keep up" with my normal activities from 1 year ago
Headaches
Irritablity/Anxiety
Weakness in legs (require help to get up from foor, cannot squat down and then get up without help, stairs are difficult)
weight gain

Most of your symptoms are very nonspecific, unfortunately. This makes it difficult to identify any specific disorder that may be causing them.

Of those on your list, weakness in the legs is a bit more specific. I would suggest you consider seeing a neurologist to have this evaluated. This may be helpful in determining the cause of your other problems as well.

Sorry I cannot be of more help. Best wishes.
