Can you have Wegeners with a negative ANCA?

Hi Pt_I_am,
There are cases of ANCA negative Wegener's reported in the literature. They are much less common than ANCA + Wegener's.
If Wegener's is being considered, seeing a rheumatologist can help in making the diagnosis.
Best wishes.
