hi started as tingle in fingers on left hand now after a month certain positions or after sitting and get up the whole arm hand and sholder has shooting pins and needle feeling. all the time there is a ache in the arm and sometimes on the left side of chest.

 Hi teter,
Have you had a cardiac evaluation done? If you have not then I would suggest you do so to rule out any anomolies of the heart. Again, any symptom of chest pain should be evaluated.
