Is there a link between polymyositis and vaccines and or mercury?

 Hello,
From what I have read, I do not see any reports of a link between vaccines or mercury and the development of polymyositis.
Potential causes with juvenile polymyositis includes: auto immune response and infection causes.
There may be a genetic predisposition as well that may be elicited by environmental triggers.
