Hi my name is Juan, I am 20 years old, male. for the past 6 mths now i have been getting muscular pain in my limbs (cramps), mostly my upper arms. i get it once every month and the pain lasts for 3-4 days usually. I do not know what it could be. I am not an unfit person, I am of a medium build (171 cm, 75 kgs). Could somebody please tell me what this could be, I'm concerned I may now have a condition.[/b]

Hi!
How long have you been having this problem? Have you tried Calcium and Epsom salt baths? For some, magnesium supplements or food rich in magnesium like banana and soya bean might help. Vitamin E may also help, as would stretch exercises.
Warm regards,
- Bill
