[size=18][/size]What is the significance of a Rheumatoid Factor of 500? No joint pains. Canit be caused by drugs...if so which ?

This is a question that only your doctor can answer for you. I am giving you a list of things that can cause an abnormal RA factor, but I stress you must check with your doctor to rule these out.

A positive test may indicate:

Chronic hepatitis
Chronic viral infection
Leukemia
Dermatomyositis
Infectious mononucleosis
Rheumatoid arthritis
Scleroderma
Systemic lupus erythematosus
