 Hello trouble81158,
You may have already found the answer to your question about masturbation after total laparoscopic hysterectomy. While it is not unsafe to masturbate within a few days of surgery, the resulting orgasm may not be what you are accustomed to. Even though there is not a large incision to heal, there has been some trauma to the pelvic area which may effect orgasm. Your doctor would be the best judge to discuss your particular case with you.
