Breast augumentation surgery, although commonplace, has its own share of complications just like any surgical procedure.If you are interested, by all means go ahed. But...getting it done for the sake of others needs extreme caution. Well, think hard and long, discuss with close friends and if possible,obtain councelling by an expert in these matters.
