I've had a firm, but not rock hard, neck lump on the right side of my face, under the jaw, for the past six years. It hasn't changed in size, remaining about the diameter of a dime. When I first noticed it, my doctor didn't think it was anything to be concerned about and so I just watched it for any changes. Just last night I noticed a swelling on the left side of my neck, below the hairline -- not hard, but it feels like it's in the muscle and it's clearly swollen. Now I'm concerned that these two areas might be connected, and that what I may have is an undiagnosed cancer. On the bright side, I've read the lymphoma symptoms and I don't have any of them, save for the now two spots of painless swelling. I'm a 33 year old male, in good general health and I exercise regularly. Given the length of time between the first noticed lump and the second, should I be worried?
