I am 9 days post-op Achilles repair surgery and I am experiencing some tingling/stabbing sensations on my foot sometimes causing foot spasms. Is this normal? My toes are not swollen and appear to be a very normal color. The pins and needles sensation is somewhat frequent and can be slightly painful at times, but nothing that requires immediate medical attention. What could this be? I am paranoid that it might be related to something more dangerous or serious. Thanks for your help.

Hi KatBarton, Your complaints will most probably resolve ( or...resolved by now). I do not think there is anything sinister. Good luck!
