Hello I'm 19 and i just recently had a Phylonidal ( i think thats how u spell it ) cyst removed from my tailbone area on may 10th 2005, and well for like a week or so after i had some discharge ..... normal ya know, and now 2months + later im getting really bad discharge, but maybe me being on my period also since my surgery dosent help it either but i don't know what to do , my butt hurts and this discharge really sucks i mean my pants get wet because this discharge just comes out , could someone please help me

It needs to be seen whether you had complete removal of your pilonidal sinus or if you have a recurrence as this condition can be notoriously recurrent. Also persistence of infection in the sinus tract needs to be excluded.
