Does Peyronie's disease cause penis shrinkage to only the erect length or the flaccid length as well? lately my penis when flaccid hasn't been hanging as low as it usually does, also the skin seems more rough and tight, it doesn't "relax" like it used to, is this related at all to Peyronie's disease?

Hello,
You may feel a plaque in the midline of the shaft but Peyronie's disease with penile curvature is only apparant on erection. It does not lead to shrinkage of the flaccid penis.
Best regards,
