My boyfriend is 57 years old. He had prostate cancer years ago and his prostate was removed. A lump was also found on his testicle and removed. Recently after have sex he said he could feel himself straining when he was finishing. Later he found a small amount of blood on his boxers. He has felt strain before but never had any blood. There was no swelling or pain. He does use viagra from time to time but not on a regular basis. What could the blood be from?

It may have been a small tear either from the pressure of ejaculation or from trauma of intercourse. I would recommend he continue to monitor for bleeding. If it goes away I would not be concerned. If it does not he should see his doctor.
Best wishes.
