22 year old male. Left side of penis dark red/purple, loose skin, smaller veins are visible along with curvature to the left. When erected, symptoms are more prominent, extends from the head to halfway down the shaft on the left side. No pain until recently. Beginning to spread to bottom side of shaft. Have had for about a year. No pain in masturbation or sexual activity until about two weeks ago. Tried anticoagulant for 3 weeks, no change. Any ideas? Thank you for listening.
