Can ejaculation aggravate hemorrhoids?
Just a week ago I had a DRE.
And shortly after I started noticing severe anal pain.
I think the doctor could have possibly given me a hemorroid.
The pain started lessoning... But whenever I ejaculate, it comes back.

 Hello --
It's possible but unlikely an internal hemorrhoid could cause some pain upon ejaculation. More likely either a hemorrhoid or something else was disturbed during the DRE. I would most definitely bring this to the attention of the doctor who did the exam, since even though the exam would not cause a hemorrhoid, something is not right.
