I am a 39 year old male with history of urethral strictures. I recently underwent a urethral dialation.
I was wondering if inserting a rubber penis or actuall having safe anal intercourse can cause these strictures to return?

Actually they should not return(if it is really 'safe').Urethral dilatations are only one of the several modalities available for the management of strictures of urethra which tend to recur over time.Get yourself checked by a urologist periodically and if there is a tendency to worsen, get treated early.Good luck!
