I recently noticed a vibration sensation in the tip of my penis a couple days ago. It comes randomly and lasts for a maybe an hour to a couple hours. It doesn't hurt, just feels like maybe a cell phone is going off in my pocket but its not. Its very strange. Can you tell me what this is?

 Mostly due to smooth muscle twitching,and may not signify any problem.Nothing of concern of course.
