Recently, I have found that my left testicle recedes inside my body when I do my abdominal workouts, but it always returns to normal. There is no pain or visible lumps and I have had no recent physical injury. Whats going on?

It is absolutely normal for such retraction and does not need intervention provided it returns back to normal position,or does not cause pain.
