under my testicals, on the sack there is some pubic hair that is turning some sort of yellow, and comes out very easally. i was barely touching it to look at it and it was coming out. it seems like it is almost rotting of some sort. any explinations?

 Hello,From the description given you may be having an infection caused by cornybacteria which infect the hair.The hair may become yellow to orange yellow and become brittle.This condition is known as trichomycosis axillaris because it tend to infect the axillary hair and also pubic hair.Antibioic soaps help in clearing this condition.Best to shave the hairs and keep dry.Best wishes.
