Question: A bad smell coming from my penis

i have notice just today a really bad smell coming from my penis (almost like fecis) and was woundering if it may be a uti. iam pretty sure its not std realaed

Abnormal urine odor may indicate a urinary tract infection, ketonuria if you are diabetic, liver failure, a rare condition known as phenylketonuria or more importantly in your case a rectal fistula (an open tract that forms between the rectum and the bladder.

Please inform your doctor and have him examine you.
