Dear Sir,

Iam 28 years old, My BP is 130/90 ,whether its prone to Cardiovascular disease?While praying I use to bend and put head on pillow and pray during that time i found sometimes pain is there.

130/90 is kind of on the border of high limits. You have to eat less salt and exercise.

Where do you get the pain that you mentioned?
