Question: Congestive heart failure in newborn

Can congestive heart failure and hydrops be caused from fetal alcohol syndrome due to the mother drinking while she was pregnant. noone will give me an answer.

To my knowledge, alcohol does not cause hydrops, but it can cause heart failure in utero and congenital heart defects as well.
