Question: Trivial tricuspid valve regurgitation

 poohbear - Fri Aug 22, 2003 1:22 pm

Hello,
I just had an echo done because I have a heart murmur. I was told I have a trivial tricuspid valve regurgitation. Should I be concerned?

User avatar Dear Poohbear,

Trivial tricuspid regurge should not raise any concern but i doubt that it is the cause of the murmur that you have.

You are giving just bits and pieces of the picture so my answer is very brief.

Thank you very much for using our website https://doctorslounge.com and i hope that this information helped.

Yasser Mokhtar, M.D.
