Question: Is glutathione an antioxidant for your skin?

 27tiger28 - Fri May 15, 2009 2:06 pm

My skin is starting to show signs of aging. Is glutathione the best antioxidant? Is there a limit to how much you should take? I read somewhere that 1000mg is good for you, but it seems like too much.
