but u r ignoring my question and my problem.
you don't owe my anything

i'm sorry my text is very long
but when a person suffering from a problem

i know its very simple to answer a short questions

I do apologize for the delay in answering your question. Please understand that our service is very busy and questions are answered on a volunteer basis.
Generally older questions are answered first but there are a few exceptions. Many of our professionals, including myself, scan the questions that have been asked to see if any need immediate answering. Also, questions that can be answered very simply are usually answered quickly simply because they can be answered rapidly. We did not mean to ignore your question.
I hope this helps give a little insight into our thought process. Best wishes.
