I drink a lot of diet coke, way more than I should. Could this be the cause of why I am always tired? I drink mostly caffein free but sometimes have a regular diet coke.

I have known people who have noticed that carbonation does this to them and once they get off the soda completely they feel much better. Also, carbonation can interfere with some absorption of nutrients so it is really not a good beverage to have with meals.
