I came off birth control (melodene) in March 2004 and had an anovulatory cycle38 days later in April. Despite waiting for AF and watching for PG symptoms etc, I have now realised that my body is still adjusting.

However, my DH and I are desperate to conceive - how do I now know when my fertile time is, as I am now unsure when (if at all) I am ovulating ?

I thought Melodene was a low-dosage pill so shouldn't my system be regulated by now (3-months later) ?
Can ovualation be induced or is this dangerous to the whole ttc process ?

User avatar Hi!

What is AF, PG, & DH? To find out your time of ovulation, you may seek help from your obstetrician for an ultrasound or to learn about urinary Leutenizing Hormone (LH) testing.
