User avatar Its impossible to come up with a diagnosis given the limitations of the internet, so you should have it checked by going to a doctor.

Bumps or pimples on the labia can be a number of things. A ‘skin structure’, also known as ‘skin tags’, on the surface can feel like a bump or pimple. These could also be genital warts or genital herpes, which are both caused by viruses and generally transmitted through unsafe sexual activities.

Your lump is probably not an STD (sexually transmitted disease), and can likely be cleared up with medication and warm baths and soaks. But, you must go to a health care provider before you can begin treatment.
