Question: chunky sperm

 KatiK - Thu Feb 15, 2007 9:18 pm

When ever my husband cums his sperm is chunky. Its kind of like a jell, like tappyoca pudding almost. Is that normal??

User avatar Hello,

Semen is normally ejaculated as a thick gel, it changes into a more liquid form after 20 minutes. If liquefaction requires more than 60 minutes it indicate infection.

Other parameters like the volume, number of sperms , sperms motility etc are important to check for the semen condition.

Semen analysis is simple and efficient way for determining the quality of the semen and sperms.

Best regards.
