yea im 24 and i used to masterbate about 2 or 3 times a day when i was younger but now i do it like every day or every other day and for some reason if i don't do it my penis will start hurting kinda bad and when i ejaculate it don't fell that good it kinda hurts i don't know why its only when i don't masterbate.Any other time it fells good when i do it.Any ideas why this is happening? thanks...

User avatar Perhaps you are experiencing pain due to increased volume. Semen is produced essentially in a replacement fashion. If a lot of volume is being expressed, large volumes will be made.

It may be that when you have increased periods of time between ejaculation you are producing larger volumes of semen that causes some pain during ejaculation.

If this is the cause, the pain should resolve after several days of decreased ejaculation since the body will respond by decreasing semen production.

If your pain continues I would recommend you consider seeing a urologist.
