Question: when will blood test

 starkaren85 - Sun Apr 22, 2007 9:31 pm

At what point should a a blood pregnancy test be accurate? How long after intercourse or missed period? Thanks.

User avatar A blood pregnancy test should be accurate at the point a woman's period is late. It can be accurate at about 10 days after ovulation (about 3 weeks past the last period). This is about 2 week sooner than most urine pregnancy tests.

Best wishes.
