I am someone who has been experiencing ED for a while, but this has gotten a lot worse since a month ago when I was masturbating on recreational drugs. Although I have never recalled a 6+ hour long erection, i did experience some pain and prolonged semi-erection. Since then, drugs that have worked - CIALIS - are no longer working and I have slight dull pain in my penis.
I've had Doppler Ultrasound done, which came back normal. It's quite frustrating because doctors seem to tell me its all mental, but I don't think it is.
I would like you to know what sorts of tests can CONCLUSIVELY rule out physical damage, i.e. microscopic tissue damage.
What are the tests available and can they conclusively/definatively rule out damage? If not, to what extent can they rule it out?

To my knowledge, the main imaging studies to look for physical damage of the penis are ultrasound and CT or MRI scans.
The ultrasound can also be used to assess blood flow.
Beyond these studies I am not familiar with anything further. A urologist may be able to recommend more specialized studies.
