User avatar Hi!

It is best to use the breast milk within 24 hours of refrigeration, although, it can be stored for 5 - 7 days. The freezer can store it upto 6 months. Do not refreeze after thawing. The breast milk contains essential fat for the baby. Maternal consumption of dairy products enhance breast milk production.

Kindly Click here! for further information on breast milk storage.
