Question: 0 sperm count help
|blevinsgrl - Wed Mar 12, 2008 3:24 pm||
]My husband went to a fertility specialist and from there they told us to give to semen analysis but the first report we got back says 0 sperm count, 0 motility, is there anything that we should do? Is there any drugs out there to help?

This is not a very promising report. Sometimes there are temporary conditions to affect sperm but there are no drugs to help.
If the final testing is still this way, you may want to consider using donor sperm to achieve pregnancy. Nobody needs to know this is the case (family and friends, etc.). Some people are opposed to this procedure but many babies are conceived this way and loved by both parents!
