Question: about small white warts looking thing under penis bulb

i have white small pustules or should i say warts looking thing under my penis bulb (beside the frenulums), its not itchy and it doesnt hurt but im just to curious, i havent had sex in my whole life so im sure its not STD

Seeing your doctor. If it's not a STD then maybe just a cyst or something.
